3 Mobile launches Spotify package for Sony Ericsson Vivaz
Music lovers can now buy the Sony Ericsson Vivaz with Spotify pre-installed from 3 Mobile.
Network operator 3 Mobile has launched a version of the Sony Ericsson Vivaz with digital music service Spotify pre-installed.

Customers who agree to sign up for a premium Spotify account will be able to get their hands on 3 Mobile's latest offering.

The silver version of the Sony Ericsson Vivaz complete with the music service is available free with a two-year, £25-a-month contract, complete with 500 minutes and unlimited internet and texts.

In addition to Spotify, the mobile phone has an 8-megapixel camera, 3.2-inch touchscreen and integrated social networking applications.

Sylvia Chind, 3 Mobile's head of branded devices, said she expects the Sony Ericsson Vivaz to prove popular with the network's customers, as it provides users with the ability to share music and communicate via Twitter and Facebook.

She added: "Because our network is designed and built for the mobile internet, customers are really able to get the best experience from smartphones like the Sony Ericsson Vivaz."

The news comes after 3 Mobile launched the Spotify for Symbian application for a variety of Nokia and Sony Ericsson handsets late last year.
